Responsible for reviewing existing PDM setup and recommending potential improvements to BOM's/Routings/Work Centers as well as  designing & implementing Product Configurators. 

Responsible for reviewing existing MRP setup converted recently to JDE from homegrown system. Issues with; past due orders, leadtimes, capacity, excessive messages and lack of visibility to actual customer demand .

Responsible for mapping Bills of Material from legacy software to 6.2 JDE World for two recently purchased entities with multiple manufacturing facilities.  

Responsible for the design & implementation of multi-level product Configurators for a full-suite of residential & industrial control valves as well as implementation of Product Data Management & Shop Floor modules. 

Responsible for assessment/re-implementation of Material Requirements Planning and Shop Floor Management modules. 

Assisted in project management and re-implementation of the Material Requirements Planning module. Responsibilities included assessing and recommending improvements to the existing setup and managing the software configuration and implementation of the recommendations.

Functional lead for the assessment and re-implementation of the J.D Edwards Product Sales Configurator for an emergency products manufacturer (e.g., police, fire, EMS). Responsible for documenting business processes and system setup, developing technical design specifications, project planning and managing the development, configuration and implementation of a pilot project using external field referencing  & external programming. Pilot project was eventually adopted and rolled out by Client to all configurable product structures.
